EPS Revises Its Constitution & Bylaws
EPS has revised its Constitution & Bylaws to address 1) vacancies in Officer and/or Chair positions and 2) the removal of an appointed or elected member of the Board of Governors or Committees.
Note that in accordance with the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society Constitution, Article X, Section 1.B: Each proposed amendment will be transmitted for administrative approval to the IEEE Vice President, Technical Activities. If approved by the IEEE Vice President, Technical Activities the proposed amendment shall be published in the Society Newsletter or otherwise publicized by direct mailing (print or electronic) to the membership with notice that it goes into effect unless 40 or more Society members object in writing within 30 days.
